You may place an order directly through our website or schedule a private consultation at our studio. For bespoke bridal and occasion wear, we recommend booking an appointment for a personalised experience.
2. Do you offer customisation?
Yes. Each piece is handcrafted and can be customised to your preferences—whether it’s the silhouette, embroidery, or colour palette. Our design team ensures every detail reflects your individuality.
3. What sizes do you offer?
All our creations are made-to-measure. Once your order is confirmed, our team will guide you on sharing your exact measurements. Standard sizing is also available on select collections.
4. What is the delivery timeline?
As every garment is made-to-order, the standard delivery timeline is 3 weeks from the date of order confirmation. Bridal couture and heavily embroidered pieces may take longer, depending on the intricacy of the work.
5. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we do not offer international shipping directly through the website. However, if you’d like to place an international order, please contact us directly, and our team will assist you with customised shipping arrangements.
6. Can I schedule a bridal consultation?
Yes. We offer exclusive bridal consultations by appointment only, either in person at our studio or virtually for international clients. Please contact us to book your slot.
7. What if I need urgent delivery?
We understand that occasions can sometimes be last-minute. For urgent orders, please connect with us directly. Depending on the design and availability, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
8. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
As each piece is made-to-order, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, we ensure a thorough quality check before dispatch. In case of a genuine sizing concern, we provide one-time alterations.
9. How do I care for my couture piece?
All ensembles are crafted with delicate handwork and fine fabrics. We recommend:

10. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit/credit cards, net banking, UPI, and wallet payments.
11. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Due to the bespoke nature of our garments, we do not offer COD. All orders must be prepaid in full before production begins.
12. Can I book a private styling session with Isha?
Private styling sessions can be scheduled through our team. Whether for bridal wear, festive couture, or an exclusive occasion, Isha curates ensembles personally for clients who seek a one-of-a-kind experience.
13. Do you rent outfits?
No. Each Isha & Anshul creation is made exclusively for you and is not available for rental.
14. Do you offer matching accessories?
Yes, we can customise dupattas, belts, veils, or other accents to complement your chosen ensemble. Please speak with our design team during your consultation.
15. Where is your studio located?
Our flagship studio is located in New Delhi, India. Studio visits are by appointment only to ensure a personalised experience.
16. Can I see the collection in person?
Yes. You may book an appointment to explore our latest couture collection at the studio. Select pieces are also available for preview at multi-designer stores across India.
17. Do you offer worldwide virtual consultations?
Yes. For international clients, we offer virtual consultations over video call to discuss design details, customisation, and styling.
18. Do you provide after-sales services?
We do provide one-time complimentary alterations within 30 days of delivery. Any additional services may incur minimal charges.
19. Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/WhatsApp to monitor your shipment in real time.
